Mike arrived on time for my initial treatment and was cordial and efficient. After reaffirming the company contract and he reaffirmed what he was going to do. I was pleased to see him use a long handled brush to inspect and to clean all eaves, doorways, around all windows and along where siding met the foundation. After applying the treatment about 1-2 feet above the ground and out from the house, Mike showed me pictures of a couple of areas that I might care for in the near future to avoid possible problems. What a wonderful experience so far! Rachel Walton was doing the door to door sales. She was super knowledgeable, professional, and didn’t make us feel like she was even trying to sell us anything. We signed up for the quarterly service, and the NEXT DAY, the technician, Autumn, was out here cleaning and spraying away. We cannot say enough good things about these two and the service that we have received so far. Words cannot begin to express how impressed we are with both of them, as well as the company and our experience.
