Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I worked with Kenny and Forrest about addressing a spider and ant problem I have in my house. They were quick to respond and helpful in answering all my questions.

Andy just completed my 30-day follow-up visit . Once again ,Andy was thorough and professional.
Prompt, Professional, Honest. My business was visited by a person with bugs all over his clothes. A call to Pointe was quickly followed by a inspection by Darin D*******. He thoroughly inspected my place of business and assured me that the "visitors" left with the customer and did not become "residents". Zack, Dave and especially Andy are exceptional employees of Pointe Pest Control. All men were approachable and very accommodating. Andy was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional . Andy went above and beyond his duties . I have asked that only Andy return to my home for follow-ups. I highly recommend Pointe Pest Control for its professionalism.
Very efficient, fast and friendly. They come out same day if needed! Really appreciate that they can come out same day if needed I had a nasty spider problem and they came that day to get him down. Then the next day to spray. I suggest the program they offer to keep things under control! I’ve noticed a huge difference in bug activity. Thanks guys!
