It was likely the same young man (as the review below) came to my door. I should have known when he started talking about all of my neighbors who were having problems with pests...and since they were going to 'be in the neighborhood'...perhaps I would like to get in on this deal. The question, "Do you, or your husband, usually handle these types of decisions," was such a turn off that he should consider himself lucky that I did not ask him to leave right then, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I have never been more turned off by a salesperson. This young kid rings my doorbell, goes into my backyard, and attempts to come INTO MY HOUSE. I tell him five times I am NOT interested, and ask for a business card to call them if I ever decide to use their services (which I never will due to this salesman), and he claims he doesn't have a business card to "look them up online". He wouldn't leave and kept trying to sell me on his pest service. He is the biggest pest on my property! He finally leaves with this rude comment, ... read more
I have used them in the past. They have always been on time and very responsible.
Having move a recently to the area, I found Point to be punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Very easy to set up pest program. I recommend them. Hats off to my installer, she was thorough and very nice.

They do an amazing job! Very professional, and completely got rid of our ant problem we were having. We had tried several other exterminators and this is the only place that actually got rid of them!
