The technician was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He also stood back at least 6 feet while talking to me. He asked me several times if I had any questions at all. I would be happy to have him back for any of my future appointments.

Ben was very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. He explained what the treatment would entail. Then he seemed very thorough in completing the job. So far, I am satisfied with the initial service and hope future visits will be accomplished in the same manner.
Christian was extremely thorough and was very observant and informative to the specific needs of our home. He wasn’t in a rush and made me feel like he cared about and wanted to help us address any specific needs that we had. I would definitely recommend Pointe Pest Control!!

My experience with Pointe pest has been beyond exceptional. This past visit was with Jason and another member. They went above the standard and made sure we wouldn't be having any problems this summer. I picked them for their reviews and they have lived up to the positive a++.
