Adam did a wonderful job getting rid of a massive underground yellow jacket nest in our yard. He also treated the entire exterior of our house and completed the work in under an hour. He was polite, professional, and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns regarding the safety of the chemicals around pets and children. He was professionally dressed in his uniform and also wore a mask and gloves to protect us from The Wuhan Corona virus. Spiders have been really bad this year. Joe took care of the problem and told us it might take a couple of weeks, as spiders need to eat the infected insects to be affected. He also noticed a couple of yellow jacket nests.

We had a couple of hornet nests in our yard, and when i noted that, they were just totally on the ball, no problem, we'll take care of it. That's what you want, someone to come out and fix your pest issues. We've been using Pointe for a while, and everyone has been just wonderful, including and exemplified by Meaghan today. Highly recommended!
