Thank you Meaghan for coming to my rescue. I was having a BIG problem with Box Elder bugs, hundreds of them. Meaghan was very professional and very through with application of bug juice, including granules on the ground. Thank you Pointe Pest for being there for me.

Andy was great. Asked me questions and asked if i had questions. Explained what he was going to do. Did a great job. Polite and followed the proto call for Covid 19.
We had a very aggressive wasp nests that was difficult to get too. When I called Pointe Pest they were prompt, informative and polite. Bill was our tech. He was on time, explained everything he was doing and why. He even hung one of our traps in a better location. All of the wasps were gone the next day. I’ve already referred them to other people and will continue to use them.
Bill was very attentive, professional and efficient. With employees like Bill I will keep using this service.
Charlie did a good job educating us what she was doing and what to expect. She was very professional and I would recommend her. We hope that what was set up for rodent control will be both effective and safe.
