Patrick is knowledgeable, thorough and fast. Also professional and friendly. He answered a number of questions about certain areas of the home and how/when to treat them.
Incredible, effective service. Been a customer for 3+ years. Have only had to call once between scheduled services and Pointe was here the next day. Service Technicians are always courteous and willing to answer any questions. Have highly recommended Pointe to friends and family and will continue to do so.

The technician came to my property to take care of spider webs and eggs nest and worked 10 minutes and left. I checked after him and found lots of spider webs and nests full of eggs. I paid $99 for this. Then the second time another tech did the same substandard job. 5 minutes of working and left behind lots of spider webs and nests. I called customer service to cancel the agreement and they want to charge me with early termination fee. Unbelievable ! They are not professional. Keep away from thus company !!!

Maysee provided our first service today and we received exceptional service! Our home badly needed rid of ants and wasps in particular, as well as spiders. She had her work cut out for her.
