Megan was the technician who came to our house on 3/1/19 to check the previously baited traps and re-baited them again since out "visitor" in the crawl space love peanut butter. Megan was very pleasant, professional and eager to answer all the questions we had. We look forward to seeing her again if we are lucky enough to be on her route again.

I recently subscribed to a rodent eradication program to get rid of field mice that were inhabiting my garage. The initial service involved placement of four large outdoor devices, several smaller devices inside my garage, and some "packets" in my crawl space. The sales rep explained the program and process when we first met; however, it wasn't clearly explained that the "30-day follow-up" would be a separate "service" charge. Called this morning and they were able to schedule someone to come out for a 1pm appointment (a free evaluation--but still impressively quick)! Chris was very friendly and personable, and pointed out a couple of things during his inspection (some needing immediate action and some that were just recommendations). His recommendations seemed reasonable and based on actual need (he didn't pressure for services that were obviously not needed).
