They came the same day! We just moved into a house yesterday and found spiders and ANTS! We called this morning and they had someone over by 11am! Chris was personable and friendly he took the time to listen to my concerns and he explained everything to me thoroughly and with humor! I am very impressed and will continue to trust Pointe pest control for my creepy crawly needs!! Thank You!!

They spray inside and outside of the house for bugs. If you have a bug problem they will comeback and spray your house again. Customer service if very helpful and great to work with!!!! There very professional and I highly recommend them!!!!

terrible company. Didn't do as they said. Had three visit to spray for bees to no avail. Then they try to continue to charge you when you don't want their service
Pleasant experience setting up for new service. Prices were reasonable.
A few things- 1. The person on the phone said the chemical were safe for small children and pets. When the guy came out he said, “no, keep pets and kids away from these areas.” 2. The person on the phone told us 3-5 pm and the guy showed up an hour early, calling me asking where we were, and my husband had to leave work early to let him in. 3. The person on the phone told me we could opt out of their quarterly services, BUT she did NOT tell me there would be a $100 fee to opt out. So we are either out $100 or stuck paying $4... read more
Poor service and comm. as i had to call them back to do the right . several times the tech would walk around the house , and was gone when their was inside work tobe done. Talked to point about this ,and it was like they did not care.
Lee was awesome!! He explained how the treatment works and answered all my questions I had. It will be nice to hangout on our patio and not worry about bees or cob weds.
Extremely aggressive door-to-door sales. Ignored prominent "No Soliciting" sign and refused to leave despite clear statement of refusal. He returned a second time that evening, awaking a sleeping baby, with a "better offer". He ignored my annoyance and continued to violate personal boundaries. Acted as if the "No Soliciting" sign did not apply to him. Startling lack of ethics and respect.
