John is a wonderful young man. He gets the job done without standing around talking. People are busy and I appreciate him coming in and doing the job quickly. John is polite and treats you with respect, not many young people do that anymore. I feel comfortable with him in my home, it is great that I don't have to follow him through my house. I feel lucky to have him as my service man. Thank him for me!

They treated for ants just today so I can't give a review on the effectiveness but I can say the exterminator was polite, professional and asked me questions so that I would get the best service.

Pointe Pest Control has been keeping the bugs away for us for a year. I haven't seen a single spider all winter! We had an ant invasion last spring and they took care of it. We haven't had a problem since. Their tech Barrington does a great job every time and he's proactive about preventing any bugs.

This was the first time that John came and he was equally as helpful and did a great job as the last guy did. I moved here a year ago and started seeing black widows and recluses so was very glad to have you start spraying my property inside and out and you've done a wonderful job thank you.
