A phone service rep in Oregon basically refused to listen to my request to cancel service, even though I said I would pay the contractual severance fee! I had to call a national toll-free number to get service cancelled, and they waived the cancellation fee! The service rep for Oregon whom I had spoken with earlier has called and left messages twice wanting to discuss why I cancelled and what they could do to get me to restore service. What a pest!

I was having a pest problem and called pointe pest control to come out to help. There services would have been out of my budget but they told me things I can buy and use myself to take care of my problem. They were so kind, this saved me so much money that I didn't have to spend. I will never go anywhere else in the future.
