Be careful of their billing practices. Just this month my debit card was charged for the remainder of a bill without my authorization. It nearly overdrew my account. When I called to complain, the office person even said sometimes their system self-checks the authorization that allows that to happen! To make it more difficult you have to call them to delete your credit/debit card on file. You cannot do it through their customer portal. Their services are good. I had quite an agreeable conversation with a Pointe Pest Control agent who came to my door last night (7/20/2017). He said that he was working with my neighbor two doors down (I have not yet confirmed this) and could give me a really good price on work done at my house/yard. One of many question I asked were how the compounds used by Pointe Pest Control affect honey and bumble bees and specifically if any were neonicotinoids. Twice within 1 week a young man had knocked on our door WITH A LARGE NO SOLICITING SIGN, wanting us to sign up with pointe "your neighbor is signed up" ( Texted said neighbor no he wasn't signed up) Why would I want to do business with someone who can't read english??

Salesman was very friendly. He was able to explain their services and answer all questions I had. The two men that came to complete the service were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable with the entire experience!

Pointe techs have kept my property free of insect and arachnid invaders for several years. They show up on time and are knowledgeable about their trade. I recommend them highly.
