Fire alarms, very intrusive staff, dirty alleyway, damp walls when it rains. stay somewhere else please
If I can give this place a negative number I would! The staff are horrible! Parents - if you have issues they will not work with you. The staff are the most immature and unprofessional group of dirty bags you'll ever meet. Don't waste your money by letting your kids stay here. They are NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY NOR SUPPORT THE MILITARY AT ALL! They wouldn't print my daughter's MILITARY ORDERS so she can go on travel (per orders) and basically told her too bad, BYE! Nice management, very quick to fix problems in the building.
Except for the overpopulation of crickets on the property for about 2 weeks last fall, and occasional breakdown of one of the two elevators, it's been a really pleasant stay. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, gym is always kept clean, lounge area is pretty chill, and noise level is okay-ish. Overall, I like it way better than reviews that were written for when Pointe delayed the move-in.
Over priced, awful service, terrible terrible infrastructure. These are just a few things that come to mind when I go to my apartment. I have yet to have a good experience with the building management. Everything is constantly breaking. My apartment got flooded. All it is, is a corporate run apartment building that takes advantage of naiive students and leeches money from them. To the point where cost of living cost more than actual tuition. Not sustainable. Just awful.
