The new staff is always friendly and helpful. Great amenities and it's very close to campus. Overall it's a great place to live, and I definitely recommend it.

2nd year living here and have loved everything from the Starbucks machine in the lobby to the cookout area on the 2nd floor - keep it up Pointe on Rio!
The apartments are really nice. They have the option of being furnished or unfurnished. Management cares about the residents. They are constantly doing events. 10/10 would live here again.
Living here is super convenient because it is close to campus and all the amenities are new!
Management is cool/relaxed and makes an effort to remember who you are/what you do. Admittedly there were some annoying problems in the past with maintenance, but that seems to have been resolved.
