This property will not be ready before the end of fall 2014 so I would sign somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. We won't be able to move in until January 10th (3rd time it has changed and it may change again according to a recent email sent on 01/02/2015). Save yourself some time and find another location! The staff is very kind for the most part. Only certain staff have treated me poorly enough to give 1 star for service.
