Brought my car from here . &' after spending all day going to different Nissan places in my area telling me they couldn't help because I didn't purchase my car from their particular location &' we're going to charge me 600 dollars . I made my way back to my roots &' couldn't be happier with the customer &' car service I received . My wait was well worth it .

Have gone through the Pohanka group twice for new vehicles. The most recent was last summer for our Nissan Rogue. Our sales person, Gordon, was great. Very personable, didn't rush things, worked with us. Have dealt with service only for routine stuff. No complaints there - completed in a reasonable amount of time without an appointment. Will most likely return when it's time to upgrade.

Warning!!!! First dealership I have ever gone to where I called for a price and was told one thing and I told them I was from out of town and made the trip to test drive the car. We were set to buy it. Had them work up final figure and the base price went UP over 2000! You expect to sell a car by going up on a price???? Oh yeah... read the fine print at the very bottom of their web page that isn't even clear. Colossal waste of time!!

I got a Hyundai tuson here last and I asked about a warranty. The tried to sell me one for $2500. I told the guy no and almost walked out. He than said he could give it to me for $1500. I needed something. So I said ok. But,it's only good for 12000 or 1 year. I still think I paid to much. So, this place is a dishonest place.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. They weren't pushy and I had a tour of the facility for service repairs or whatever else was needed. Will not be buying another vehicle unless it is from Pohanka.

I had my car towed to Pohanka after several people told me that my axel was busted and that's why my car wouldn't move and would grind when put in gear. Eddie called me and told me that it was my transmission and it would cost 5k to replace everything in it. I called him a day later and told him that after speaking with my uncle that 5k was too expensive. He calls back and says that he fought with the service manager and they could do it for 4k final.
