Horrible service, told they were short staffed and express service would be 1hour and 45 minutes. Hate to tell you this is no express and only 1 person in the waiting area. I will not be back after this is the treatment when you bought a truck from them. Highly disappointed!!
I wouldn't drive a Nissan again if it were given to me for free. I am so disappointed in this versa, and I can't even get rid of it yet. I have never had so many issues with a car. Hence why the trade in value is a joke.
Brought my 2004 Nissan Ultima in after the engine light turned on and started blinking. Let my wife do most of the talking to see if they would try and swindle me. Received a call the next day trying to tell me the head gasket was broken and needed replacement and tried to charge me 3000 dollars for a 1200 dollar repair also tried to tell me my brake fluid was dirty. Have bought several cars, used and new from Pohanka, Fredericksburg, VA I am very satisfied with the sales people, the service people, I give them all a ten on a scale of 0-10!
Purchased a 2012 maxima certified pre owned recently, didn't notice my side mirror blinkers weren't functioning properly. Went back and the new dealer Matt who was very calm while I voiced my opinion of the service folks not seeing this told me it would be taken care of. They ordered new mirrors and took care of the customer. Much appreciated. Very friendly people until about 15 minutes before closing time which I totally understand....!

Yesterday we bought our 2nd vehicle from Pohanka Nissan. We were very pleased with the whole process yet again. Huge thanks to our salesman,Tyler, and the finance guy,Chris, for all their help and kindness. We have never laughed so hard in a car buying process! The renovations are great, too. My parents purchased a vehicle from this place last month. They messed up their financing contract and the GM refuses to call them back. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. What appeared to be a good price was stolen from my parents in the back end with the mistake the finance department made. This place is dishonest. I guess we will have to let my attorneys deal with them or just show up in person.
