My 2017 Fromtier makes the 7th or 8th vehicle purchased at Pohanka Nissan. Love the sales staff and the service staff. They take great care of you even after you've driven off the lot. I trust their service staff, their honesty and loyalty to me as a customer never stopped.
I took my car in for service yesterday without an appointment. The staff was very friendly, I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee and settled in for what I assumed would be a long afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready so quickly! Thanks for a job well done 👍🏻

Definitely recommended John was more than helpful and outgoing. My car was not on the lot because it was pre-owned but John was very accommodating and went and got my car for me from another car lot.

It's crazy how it started and amazing how it ended! Totaled my vehicle= got a private owned vehicel= 2 weeks later the engine blows in new vehicle= NO vehicle... I was told about Darlene Breeden at Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg, so I called, told her my situation and she said "If you don't drive home in your new car tonight, I will take you home"! My car is back at Pohanka Nissan. Disappointed that my spark plugs were replaced only after 13 months. On December 4, 2015 Rolling Hills Auto Nissan dealership replaced spark plugs for $185.62. Yesterday, 13 months later, Pohanka Nissan replaced spark plugs at $245.96. I am not happy. Spark plugs are supposed to last about 100,000 miles. I think I should get a refund from Nissan.
