Painless process buying a used service vehicle seen online. The 2017 Altima that had 11,000 miles on it was a good bargain. Bert was pleasant to deal with and helped make the process simple.

Been to dealership twice for same recall since 12/28/17, both times they have told me the parts were there for my car, both times I drove 30 minutes to get there just for them to say "oh the parts aren't here"

Five star is not enough for the experience we have received at this local Nissan dealership. If I could give 10 stars I would. We were met at the door by Margaret Spence who not only took us in after closing but her and her manager gave us an unbelievable rate staying well after closing time to take care of us. This Nissan dealership is the pinnacle of customer service.
