so the transmission in my 2016 nissan altima went out. the pros at pohanaka nissan totally rebuilt the transmission within for days and gave me a loaner car. thank you just dont say enough

Just spent 5 hours of my day there for a oil change and state inspection. Arrived around 9:45am.. Was told a bit after 11am that a few things needed to be fixed and what that cost would be to pass Inspection. Sure, fix it. An hour later I was informed that the caliper didn't come with pads and those would be an additional cost. Fine. I didn't leave till almost 2:45pm. If I was told up front that the parts and services would take 5 hours to complete I would have gladly taken a rejection sticker just so I could go home. I work... read more
Shady dealership. traded in my vehicle was promised one thing. Find out between the ridiculous screaming Sales Manager, inordinate amount of time to get vehicle, follow up with dealership that accomplished nothing, I'm out a month's payment on my trade in and owe for property tax. This was my 3rd Nissan and will definitely be my last. Even better. Less than a month after purchasing my 2018 Rogue back up camera is not working correctly and it's out of washer fluid. How? Oh because it wasn't properly prepared for delivery.
Shaindel was probably by far the best sales person I've ever met in any industry. She was kind and attentive and thoughtful. my car is amazing this is a dream come true I never in a million years thought that I would be here today.

This was such an amazing experience. Mike Han was attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel like old friends all at the same time. I wish I could negative stars because they certainly deserve it! I would NEVER recommend having your car serviced here. They had my husband’s truck for several months. They repeatedly put blame on the warranty company for the slowness and lack of repairs. WRONG! They charged the warranty company for work they never did. Ultimately they had to replace the entire motor and was paid nothing from the warranty company since they were already paid for bogus repairs. Ms. Curtis, while I understand your frustration with the truck and especially the time for the repair, we unfortunately were bound by the terms of the coverage your vehicle had from purchased from the used car dealer. In this case your warranty company wanted to start with the least expensive option first. After the initial repair didn't fix the entire notes problem, they did stonewall efforts to repair the vehicle.
