I have been trying for 1 year to get refund from Gap Insurance only to find out that Matt never sent the claim to the Insurance Company. I've called, left messages and received no return call from neither Matt or Logan. Not a good way to do business and keep satisfying customers.

I want to thank Shaindel and Tim for a wonderful experience. I wanted a SUV that would fit my family as well as 2 dogs and they made that happen for me. They took the time to ask what I wanted and my price range I would love to be at. Anytime I have them my feedback they shot me a new email with a new listing of SUV that would fit my need. They were totally awesome and would 100% recommend.
Sold the vehicle I called about while I was on the way to see it. Then the saleswoman left me waiting while she " had to go to a meeting". I'll never be back.
Pohanka Nissan got me a deal on a 2019 Altima that I didn’t think was possible- they made the entire car buying process easy and hassle free. I really appreciate Jorge and team and will absolutely be back the next time I need a vehicle!!!

if you want your car done right, you have to go to dealership experts, forget backyard mechanics
I definitely would recommend Pohanka Nissan and Hyundai, it was always a great experience. My husband and I bought about 6 new cars with in the last 10 years from Pohanka. Everyone there is great We also have our cars serviced from both departments , never had any problems
