**** bought our bank BBVA. This bank holds your deposit until the next business day. Offers to deposit for a large fee I immediately., on personal accounts. They advertise that they will hold off on NSF Fees for a certain amount of time so you can get money in there. Well, on commercial accounts I can put in a deposit at noon, then they will hold it until the next business day, then process checks before the deposit and charge overdraft fees. I have asked the bank and they say all they can do is request to have the overdraft... read more

What a mess! I've been trying for over two weeks to close out an account that was in anger of being hacked. I get customer service, after a long wait (ever noticed how every business is "receiving a higher volume of calls"). **************** transfer me to fraud, they put me on hold and I either get cut off or transferred somewhere else without being told that I'm being transferred. I call back and deal with the annoying automated response system which will usually transfer you to a person if you start yelling. But that pers... read more

If I could give this bank zero stars I absolutely would. They wrongfully charge you and tell you accounts are closed but keep them open so they can add fees on them down the road. I was told an account was closed in November and that everything was good to go and then got a notice in the mail in May about how the account had still been open and they were sending me to collections for all the fees theyve added to the account that they left open. This bank is a total scam and they have every rule in the book to fine and fee al... read more

I made a cash deposit at this branch. Went home and checked my balance online and said that my cash deposit was pending. Cash deposits are supposed to be available for immediate withdrawal. Called the 800 number and got some foreign guy that couldn't tell me why. Next day my cash deposit never showed in my balance but cleared overnight. Where's my 305 dollars???

I would give them no stars if i could. They request information that is extremly personal and reoccurring. I can understand asking for things such as the social security one or two times. Maybe as an additional layer of security but not as standard operating procedures. I do not feel like giving my social every time I speak with a representative is appropriate. I will NEVER use pnc bank for financing again. *********** eats yalls lunch!

The worst of its kind, if you can stay out of this bank its the one favor you will do for your self from a big headache in future and maybe if you bank with others you wont feel like someone just stealing your money a little at a time with fees, banking fees, transaction fees, monthly banking fees, lost or stolen card fees, talking with customer service fees and maybe they will soon charge for writing a review fee mind as well. Did bank with them for 16 years gave them thousands of dollars in interest and fees at the end they ... read more

I wish I could give this business zero stars. I feel defrauded by this organization. I was a Simple online wallet customer, which was taken over by PNC. I never received a debit card for this account after the switchover. I never activated anything with PNC. Now I am receiving emails that I am going to be charged monthly fees for an account I cannot access. When I called to talk to an agent, I had to give my social security number to speak to someone. Once I started speaking with someone they AGAIN asked me for my social sec... read more
