I just left PNC Investments. I moved my retirement investments to PNC in 2018 and everything was fine. My first financial advisor left about a year into my being with PNC and prior to her departure, she sent an email to me to be sure that I am notified of my new advisor. I have a credit card with them, and the limit started at ~$7500. I took on some balance transfer offers with a couple of my credit cards and started looking into some mortgages (how dare I) and they slashed my limit down to $500. This will certainly decrease my score and it could lead to a domino effect, probably mainly because I took advantage of 0% balance transfer offers. It's just not fair. Thier system is always down, passwords never work, they ask you to reset, then when you do, the system states the website is unavailable. Was told thsi was done so that people can not log in to make payments and have clients uncurr late fees. Stay away from this bank and especially thier credit cards. The most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with.

PNC Bank is conducting fraudulent activity. I applied for a loan and was told by *******, Accounts manager, that I was awarded the loan but I needed $200 for PPI insurance. I sent the $200. I was later called and told that I had to pay $500 for the closing cost of the loan. 3 hours later, a ***********************, loan supervisor, that I needed to pay $800 for the closing cost of the loan. I recorded the calls and asked for my money back and the company refused. Be aware with doing business with this company.

I fulfilled my auto loan obligations with PNC bank and four months later I have yet to receive the title to the vehicle I purchased. They advised me that the title was electronically released to the state in which I purchased the vehicle in and not the state I currently live in. After finally getting through to the *** in that state, they advised that no such thing happened. I just left PNC Bank, in the Dallas area.<br /> I had to go to the branch location because after three days and 15 calls to Customer service I could never get to talk to a live person. I wanted to get a understanding of my credit card rewards. When I got the card I was supposed to receive 4%, on gas, 3% on restaurants 2% on grocery stores. After visiting with them branch manager they have only been giving me 1%. Absolutely horrible. My online-only bank got swallowed by BBVA, and then ultimately this bank. I was never told I'd need to visit in person to do regular banking things-- I do not have a local branch. I've been trying to get bank statements from a closed account and their only method to do so is to either visit in person, or send in a request by mail. Bunch of confused people , charging customers fraudulently, and lacking cognitive abilities to process information. Unfit for entry level customer service. From rep to ***** to branch manager to executive. ****** ******* needs to go out of business, and employees shall to do physical labor- that if they have enough grey matter for this.

If I could give them no stars I would. PNC closed our account due to being scammed. Did it without any warning or notification. Then had trouble finding out why they did it in the first place. Had been a customer for over 20 years without any other problem like that but was told it was my responsibility to know it was a scam. Lots of people are being scammed and now our bank gets to punish us also. Would never recommend them, no customer loyalty at all.
