This place is the only thing left since the dinosaurs! Applied for a mortgage and it tool almost 2 weeks to get a preapproval. Applied at 3 places same day and pre approvals were in hand after 3 to 4 hours. Once they got around to completing the preapproval, i got a call 6 days after the pre approval was letter generated. I told them they could hold the file pen but was going with a another lender that had a 20k higher preproposal. He says as sarcastically as he could well, good luck with that.
