HORRIBLE BANK! They only care about themselves and their money!! DONT BANK HERE! They do NOTHING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Just lie and lie.

On four occasions, it has taken an upwards of 14 weeks to get a new credit card mailed to my correct mailing address. It seems BBVA has a poor system of tracking client address changes across all of their online portals. BBVA agents are unable to view and confirm a current mailing addresses to ensure my new cards are going to the correct address. When my auto note is paid off I'm outta here. Since I've even with **** which hasn't been long, it has changed hands several times. Now it's PNC. The main reason I give it 2 stars is because of something 8 received from PNC in an email. The email was a survey. No big deal right? BBVA Compass Bank is awful. I called on May 11, 2021 to inquire about my debit that was due to expire June 2021. I was informed by a customer service representative that a card would be sent out in a few weeks. On May 25, 2021, I called back to inquire due to trying to order an item via online and had a hard time due to the merchant keep saying your card is due to expire. **************** rep informed me that I was good and still had time. BBVA intentionally opted former Simple customers into $3 a month paper statements without their consent, knowing full well there are a number of dormant/low balance accounts that will be hit with $38 overdraft fees once their "courtesy fee waiver" inevitably expires. This was a calculated decision by executives who knew that a given percentage of these new Simple customers that BBVA has absorbed will be hit with these fees and have to pay them back for fear of credit repercussions. Take your buissnes elsewhere. The manager here is the rudest, most disrespectful banker I've ever dealt with and not just at this branch but at two others the tellers and the managers are rude and disrespectful. The whole bank is a joke I have over 200k in my account and this jerk manager froze my account (nobody can tell me why either) and I've been dealing with customer service for over a week but nobody can understand freeze it. I will never taker a loan from this company again. First it was almost impossible to get a hold of a person unless your payment gets missed once in the entire three year loan. Second, they have had automatic payments on my loan since the start of this loan and then the last loan payment comes up and its not taken. I hear nothing until I get a late payment notice and additional ***** in late fees added. The person I do finally get regarding this just keeps saying "uh huh, uh huh. My wife and I had our (empty) Simple accounts automatically enrolled at BBVA. I am trying to cancel them, but the employee took all of my private information and hung up on me. Not before he came off of hold to mumble rap at me, and then surprisedly ask how he could help me after I asked him what's going on. I'll be watching closely for identity theft after this experience.

I started the process of applying for refinancing my mortgage in April 2020 with PNC Bank. It was by far the most horrific, agonizing, frustrating, disappointing business experience I have ever encountered in all my years. in trying to communicate with them, you would get an entirely different person than previous call an have to repeat the entire scenario and question.
