Terrible customer service. Kept on hold when calling business banking services, transferred from one department to another, no call back or e-mail response, overall terrible.

DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM PNC!!! I have had a credit card with PNC for 3-4 years now. In the last year their fraud department has made it impossible to use the card for anything. My normal annual charges for my business are rejected depsite having plenty of credit on the card and then it takes numerous phone calls and hours on hold to get the hold removed in order to even make the purchase required for my business.I notified them I was going out of town and they still denied my travel charges and I spent ****************... read more
I was a BBVA customer for 2 years I only have a credit card with them and paid the same amount for 2 years and now that they changed to PNC my payments have almost doubled and I was not advised of this. Had I known that PNC would charge me so much more I would have made arrangements to pay off my credit card sooner. Since day one of the change I have had nothing but issues and lies being told to me from PNC no one has given me any useful information and I am very unhappy and upset by this change. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress with all of hidden fees this bank has. Biggest scam of 2021.
They are crooks. Do NOT trust them with your money, they will take it. The representatives and management at the customer service number are extremely rude. They need to be shut down.
***** should get a raise! She was very helpful and stayed on the phone while I was guided to activate my card. Instead of me having to ask her to stay on the phone to make sure it worked, she OFFERED!. It was nice and unexpected. Most businesses dont even have agents anymore and do not care. I was with BBVA Compass since 1986. The PNC acquisition took place two weeks before I was moving to Mexico. I held an estate sale for everything in my house, final packing, and four days in the hospital in that two weeks. Reading al the other reviews I can only say ditto! After they rejected my regular deposits I had been making for years at BBVA because they continued to pay out of this account it went negative, Any attempt to contact them has been nearly impossible, I have spend hours on hold without ever getting an answer. PNC mortgage service is horrible. They deduct the monthly mortgage on a closed account for month and doesnt provide refund too. You will be stuck paying mortgage for months and have to live in poverty till you get the money back
