This is the absolute bank I have ever dealt with. Current customers, switch. New customers, stay away.
set up a new office, went with clover as PNC merchant service ripped me off. Clover offered a cash advance, which I took to help with the new office. Payment coming from my main office credit card as PNC owns clover, I found out. I had a separate clover contract that I had to pay setup fees on, and they tapped my main office credit card. They treat the employees terrible and they don't give them the training and information to do their jobs effectively! They neglect the employees by taking away lunch breaks and breaks. If a call runs over into the employees break they don't get to just hand the call off. they have to stay on the call and lose the break or take the break and be punished for taking the break they are supposed to be receiving by law.

THE WORST BANK EVER!!! My account was automatically transferred to this awful bank when they acquired BBVA last month. They OUTSOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE which means the people who eventually after 30-60 minutes of hold pick you the call, don't have any expertise to help you with tasks as simple as looking up a transaction that should be already accessible in the online account but is not. PNC is very unprofessional and wrong. I deposited a check on a Monday and Wednesday they became available ( I checked early morning) and by late after noon I checked my account and now my balance is in a negative state .. how can they deposit the money then withdraw it with no notification?Also, there excuse , they dont think it will be paid.. well call the darn issuing bank and clarify .. how hard is that? I contact PNC to refinance my auto loan which is with them. I'm trying to reduce the debt/income ratio. Due to my ex still having me on the home he is residing in it appears like I owe more than I make. I explain this to them and the immediately tell me no its do to my credit report(credit/debt ratio). I had 5 accounts with BBVA. I really liked BBVA. PNC did a conversion of BBVA's bank accounts on the eve of October 8th. When I went to work on October 12th - the first day that we could access PNC accounts - I only had one account. I went to complain to the Representatives at our Branch. They basically said they could not help me at all. They would take down some information and forward it to Corporate PNC. I was basically without access to any of my bank accounts for 3 weeks. I was with BBVA than the west coast bank reopen as PNC. As of Oct 29 I still can not assess my personal account online and can not assess my **** pay. I have it set up tp pay bills online. I can not change or stop any **** pay. PNC will not answer there phone so I have made 4 trip to the bank. The last trip today was 2.5 hours and they could not help me. I am closing my account as soon as I can.
