BBVA compass **** has done nothing to help me with a dispute/fraud claim. Unwilling to make any effort to help.
Basically stole ***** dollars from me... Contacted support within the 2 months and they say I never contacted them about the *** that was fraud and wont give me my money or even dispute it because its not in the 2 months but it was....

I used a PNC bank ATM that was located in a ****** ****** in *************, **. I requested a withdrawal of $240 and the machine only dispensed $20 followed by a receipt that showed the amount was withdrawn but also said unable to process at this time -transaction cancelled. I have reached out to PNC bank multiple times and they told me I had to go through my bank which is ***** *****. Worst bank I've ever had. Period. They're holding my money hostage and will not give it back to me. They will not answer my calls. They have no other given way to contact them. I can use my card to make purchases but not withdraw money??????? This should be illegal.
I didn't chose this bank. My previous bank was shut down and transferred to BBVA... figured I'd keep it so I didn't have to change my account numbers... only a few months later BBVA is changing to PNC with all new account numbers. So I decided to change banks. Tried to transfer all my money to the new bank and the transfer was put on "Under Review" status, had to contact them and was on hold for over an hour, they cancelled the transfer and wanted me to initiate a new transfer while on the phone but I was unable to since I w... read more
The bank told me in person and in writing that my debit card has a daily limit of $3,500. One merchant's mistake completely withdrew my entire account (greater than $10,000) and left me with $0. I called bank bank to cancel the transaction (which they did with the help of the merchant), only to tell me that funds wouldn't be available until the following day. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. They claim all they have for correspondence in their "fulfillment department" is a fax machine which is utter b.s.! It is 2021 and that is how you choose to correspond with your customers? Then they connect me to the department to get an answering service with a full voice mailbox that then hangs up on me. PNC IS THE WORST! My mother is suffering from Alzheimer's and as a result, had incurred a significant amount of debt. I was APPOINTED BY THE ***** to be her guardian of person and property. To stop the lawsuits and pay her creditors, I had to sell her house. PNC said, "We don't have you listed as an authorized..." Fine. I faxed the paperwork. Called a week later. "We don't have any fax. These people are horrible. I join PNC some years back and took a credit card through the local branch. I didn't use phone banking at the time due to trust. I my payments history is reviewed you can see something is wrong. They quit sending payments in the mail and I didn't know what to do. I call they told me to go to the branch. The man at the branch said we are closing and I can't help you. I call PNC many times and they just said the same or hung up. After 2 months I had to use there app to pay.
