Went on a Thursday where the special was a half Tenderloin. Would have still been eating, if I had ordered the whole one!! Tenderloin was great!!!!! Only way you could improve the ambiance, out on the porch, would be to rebuild the Monon, so you could watch passenger trains roll past, instead of Schwinns!!!
They have great food and drinks. It is such a friendly place. Not surprising since Bobby Plump is one of the nicest people around!
Used to be our favorite place to have a sandwich and a drink in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. NEVER again!! My parents were in town and we wanted to impress them with a great Hoosier tenderloin. Everything was horrible, starting with the completely lame service. Never had our drinks refilled, way to make money...all of our food was ice cold by the time it finally made it to the table. Worse tenderloin we've ever eaten, all the breading fell off when touched. Couldn't get our check brought soon enough to get out of this path... read more
great food and the atmosphere was nice and laid back including a dog welcome area
Best tenderloin on earth !!! Very cool old bar we go every time we're in Indy
Spruce Goose is Andy Chaille on acoustic guitar and lead vocal, Garry Howard on vocal and lead guitar. It's an edgy acoustic band. We just enjoy seeing the smiles when we play. Anyway, got invited to play Plump's last Saturday nite and loved it!!! Our friends all came and they loved it too! What do you say Garry Howard? Let's do it again!
Business response:
We love you Steve!
