I had a pipe leak inside an interior walk. Plumbline scheduled a plumber for same day service. Zack arrived in the late afternoon, listened to my description of the problem and then let me know the costs to inspect and diagnose. He found the source of the damaged pipe, gave me the cost to fix it and then proceeded to do just that.
Excellent summary of troubleshooting my potential problems. Gave me honest opinions based on findings instead of jumping right in and replacing items that may be unnecessary. Highly recommend .
Justin and Kurt were great. They were very professional. We had are annual furnace cleaning and an electrical outlet fixed and most of all they didn’t mind our 120 lb Lab saying hello. I will continue to use plumline for all our needs.
