THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MOMENT! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and the day of the appointment, they cancelled. Not just the day of the appointment, but at the time they were supposed to be there. They have a $49 trip charge just to show up and the only compensation for their last minute cancel was they would waive the trip charge. They would've done that anyway, when I paid for the service.
