Worst service I have ever received. Technician gave the impression that they didn’t want to be here and really couldn’t be bothered with our furnace issue. Apparently it is “ normal “ for the furnace fan to run for hours after the heat cycle even if turning the thermostat off still doesn’t stop it. Only a complete furnace shutdown stops the fan. I had a backup in my basement so scheduled an appt with Plumbline services. 2 days later a tech arrived and cabled to try to solve the problem but had no luck and had a supervisor take over. This is where the problem really starts. The “supervisor” Brett arrived later that afternoon and proceeded to walk through our basement and determine that all of our pipes needed to be replaced.
