I waiting a week and a half for my appointment. I confirmed the appointment the morning of, and was told someone would be to my home between 1-5 pm that day. I received a voice message at 11:30am, saying I had missed a call from my technician, and because of that they cancelled the appointment. it was 1.5 hrs before my scheduled arrival window, and on top of that I never missed a call from a technician. Made an appointment with Plumbline a week in advance for Wednesday. They cancelled. Made an appointment for Friday at 8, No show, 1pm No show, 3pm No show 5pm No show . They called to cancel yet again. Poor way to run a company. The web site says "100% satisfaction guaranteed - or we'll make it right" What does that mean?
The electrician, *******, did an excellent job and informed us along the way of what he was doing and timeframes for finishing. I highly recommend Plumbline for electrical work. The office/dispatch staff also did a great job of informing us of when he would arrive.
