They did not show up for first appointment truck problems, so another appointment was made on a day I had to work at 11am. I was promised they would come first thing and be done by 11am. On that day I got a call at 745am saying they were coming between 8 and 1, I told them I was promised to be first thing in the morning. Plumbline went out of their way to do a unique plumbing project that we're not sure we could find somebody to do for us. Our plumbing technician, ***** was very accommodating, professional, and did a great job in connecting plumbing to our garage so we could add an exterior sink to the outside garage. technician was professional, polite and explained everything in detail to me.What I wasn't happy with was the fact that he informed me the last day to renew my VIP membership was that day. Shame on your customer service department for not reaching out to me to advise me that it was up for renewal. Do I have to manage your company when it comes to renewing my membership? I shouldn't think so. I have been an exclusive Plumbline member for years and expect better service than that. Very disappointing.
Arrived on time and came one hour after I called. He friendly and explained what he was going to do. Highly recommend ******* and Plumbline.
They charged me $500 fro a part that cost only $75 on line. I think double the cost is reasonable but ********* their cost is a rip off.They call themselves a faith based company-what faith advocates ripping off a senior citizen?
