****** was articulate with his explanations to us. He has a professional ********************** in the skill sets he offered in order to fix our plumbing issue. Most admirable was his problem-solving methods that he used, while he kept us informed with each of the steps he went thru. He was also prompt & thorough with his calls to his office to provide status & get advice. I scheduled plumbline to come out and check my humidifier which they had serviced less than a year ago. They had replaced a part at that time.When the technician came out he said the part Plumbline had replaced wasn't working but was under warranty so would be replaced free of charge. He then told me I should replace the piercing valve to prevent it from leaking. I did have him replace that valve which cost $389 Then he told me they were not going to replace the solenoid valve that was under warranty. He said it failed becau... read more

I have been using Plumbline for nearly 6 years. They have replaced my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Their work is always great and their service technicians always on time, communicate effectively and are very knowledgeable. *** was the the technician who just did my annual furnace checkup, cleaning and humidifier pad replacement . *** was courteous, professional and was good about answering my questions. I feel that Plumbline provides high quality services at a very fair price, and I highly recommend them.
