Our technician, Preston, went above and beyond to service our furnace. Plus, he went out of his way to explain Plumbline's VIP Service. I highly recommend Plumbline and Preston.
The technician was very knowledgeable about what his doing. He was an expert. That was an amazing service.
The service was prompt and efficient. Recommendations were appreciated and all my questions were answered satisfactorily.
I called and made an appointment to have them do some repair work on my furnace and to have it maintenance. There was a part missing on my roof and I was extremely scared to turn on my furnace when my home reached 62 degrees. They weren’t scheduled to come out for 2 days. I called to see if it was okay to still run my furnace. The woman on the phone was awful. By the time someone got back with me she said the tech said my furnace would blow up!! My technician was great. He explained everything in great detail and was very courteous.
These guys are awesome!!!! They took care of me completely with a furnace install, AC install, and panel upgrade to bring me to code and give me peace of mind for the next 10 years plus. I would strongly recommend them, they take care of you from start to finish!!! Go Plumbline!!!

Plumbline crew were on time and very professional, it took them 3 times to finally unclog our kitchen drain plus fix a leak coming from our garbage disposal. They cleaned up and asked us to inspect their workmanship before leaving and still only charged us the $93 advertised fee. Highly recommend this company
