Our tech Dustin was on time, wore a mask and protective shoe coverings (to keep our carpet clean) and was very professional. He diagnosed and fixed our AC unit all in one trip and kept me informed on each step. We signed up for the annual furnace and AC maintenance plan and will continue to use Plumbline in the future!

I would be careful using this company. They dont give you a quote or even a range for the work to be completed and then when they get there they give you some huge amount that is very unreasonable. We had them put a single valve for a refigerator and it was exhorbitant. Sure they need to make money - but cmon. Be very careful
Electric inspection of the house was fine. I never received the paperwork afterwards though.
We always appreciate the professionalism and honestly we get from every technician that comes to our house. They always explain what needs to be repaired and I never feel like they’re trying to up-sale me. We will continue to call them when we need something fixed.
