Very helpful and seemed to truly care about the issue I was having. He was not able to fix the problem but made sure I was scheduled as soon as possible to get it fixed.
The technician that came out spent more time and effort to test, diagnose and give us a honest assessment of what he felt was the problem with our A.C. system. We had another company install a new ac unit. (Within the last year). We have had them out repeatedly to fix problems to no avail. Tim came out did a complete evaluation of our system, and told us the ac unit was not necessarily the problem, so much as the furnace itself.
