The service was exceptional! The customer service contacted their field personnel and within the same day my drain was clear. The gentleman was polite and he cleaned up the area very well. I will definitely call them again, and I would recommend the company.

My elderly parents were bamboozled by this company. My mom called Plumbline because she thought they looked so nice on the television commercial and on the trucks. They were having a very minor problem with one of the toilets (A) that was running water after being flushed. She called Plumbline and they sent a plumber who introduced himself as Brett but had on a nametag with a different name. During the course of his visit he “inspected” their plumbing. Plumbline Warranty is basically meaningless. There is fine print on the back stating that “seasonal “ maintenance must be completed for the warranty to be valid. They used this to avoid repairing a leaking valve which should have been covered under the original warranty - but eagerly offered to sell me a New warranty for $1700 which could be retroactive to cover the necessary repairs. I regret having Plumbline install my A/C. I feel as if they are Dishonest and Do NOT stand behind their work.
I was so frustrated with my fan/light fixture. It would not work and I tried everything. I had it installed about a year ago and I could not imagine what could have gone wrong. I ended up calling Plumbline. Robert came and assessed the situation and concluded that it was the remote that was the problem. He got me the best deal possible for the repairs. I appreciate his expertise, professionalism and courtesy.
Dominique was great, he was very professional and cleaned up perfectly.
