The techs at Plumbline Services are always honest and upfront while servicing our furnace and A/C. They let us know that it wasn’t the furnace that was the problem but made sure they turned off the hot water and gas to our hot water heater until it could be replaced, avoiding further water damage.. We really appreciate them taking care of this since we were out of town and only our relative was available to meet the tech at our home.

Although Troy was unable to determine our problem he stuck with it as far as diagnostics. Troy also offered suggestions as far as next steps and solutions are concerned.
We had Jordan a master plumber out today for our hot water heater. He was proffessinal, polite, very fast. He was very knowlegeable. He explained how much the cost would be to repair or replace. He was great. We would recommend him as a plumber. We are always satisfied with plumb line. The service and workers are always great from the scheduling and then the service.
Jay from Plumbline was an exceptional electrician. He went above and beyond his job and called out a home inspector on a false report. Highly recommend for future work!

Had Plumbline do an HVAC system in my prior house and they were great. Three years later, when we moved to a townhouse and I needed to replace a 20 year old furnace and air conditioner, I invited them to quote on the system. Plumbline offered the lowest price and a quick installation of a top Carrier system. The installation was excellent, Michael and his crew were professional, neat (floor coverings everywhere), safe (masks, booties) and didn't mind my frequent "looking over their shoulder".
Austin ******** did an awesome job today installing our pressure vacuum breaker for our sprinkler system. Very professional!
