The crew that came to our home were one of the most professional and respectful crew we have dealt with. They pretty much left our home the way they found it. I was so grateful for the installer as he was mindful to explain and show photos of the work done to my husband (in wheelchair). Josh, who came out initially was equally helpful and professional. We will not hesitate to use / recommend Plumb Line again.Thank You so much for installing our new furnace and AC the day after the old one died.

My HVAC technician, Stephen, was excellent! He came prepared with his own mask, gloves and booties, and was very respectful of our home and family. There was a lot of activity going on with work-from-home to schooling, and he was very patient with us. He took lots of pictures and provided recommendations that we could do today to help extend the life of our systems. There was no pressure to "buy" anything. Mark S***** was excellent and provided great service. He was prompt and professional. He got the job done very nicely. The 4 stars is based on the overall price. Now, Mark did a great job applying some discounts and that is the reason we moved forward with the repair. Overall, I would recommend Plumbline and use them again when needed.
They were able to fit us in within 24 hours and provided the work we expected. The technician (Tim) was friendly and honest, and they made processing payment very simple.
