Wanted some work done, moving a pipe, and was told it was not a good idea, and given an alternative to make the job easier. This suggestion required no work on the part of Plumbworks. Honest and fair assessment on the part of the technician. We greatly appreciated it!

I feel that I was taken advantage of by this company. I had them come regarding my hot water heater that was leaking and not working properly. They told me my hot water heater was not the problem, but that it was the piping above it that needed replacing. They charged me $650 to fix it. 2 months later, it started leaking again. This time they said it was the hot water heater which was under warranty. They wanted to charge me $760 just to install it. This ended up being $260 more than anyone else charged. I had a very positive experience with Darryl J****** of Plumb Works. In an old house that has been increased and renovated multiple times, my sewer system was plugged. Darryl made the proper analysis of where in the complicated piping system the problem must be and repaired the damage very professionally. The second problem was a leaking toilet which was poorly mounted on a slightly shifted drain. Spencer, our plumber, came out to the house and assessed the situation in a very timely manner. He gave us a quote and then scheduled our service for the following morning. When the job got started, it wasn't nearly as major a problem as he had anticipated. Took less than 2 hours to fix and we ended up paying more than $1000 less than we were quoted. He came back out the next day to follow up and make sure everything was done to our liking.

Simply outstanding. Completely removed the worry uncertainty and hesitancy of hiring a plumber. Eric Ponder answered all my (dumb) questions and didn't even pass judgement when I explained part of the story about my drain & what we tried to do to it prior to his arrival. Personable, smart, gave me all options and let me choose one best for me.
