Fast, efficient, and completely transparent. They gave me the worst case scenario so there would be no surprises. The job ended up being almost $2k less than originally quoted because it turned out not to be the worst case scenario.
The PlumbWorks employee arrived on time and successfully replaced the flush mechanism for one of our toilets. The work was done efficiently and neatly.
I could not be happier with Plumb Works and in particular how thorough Leslie was throughout the entire project.

Plumb Works - I had a water supply line break and needed immediate help. Neighbors suggested Plumb Works and they came out hours later. Immediately shut off the water and repaired the break the same day. A month later I had them replace the entire line with a newer, better product. Leslie was my plumber for both repairs and will be my only plumber for as long as I live here. Fantastic service.
Leslie was awesome! Very professional and submitted a very fair estimate for the repairs.
