Vann **** spent all day (8/2/17) correcting a bad leak in our basement, which apparently was due to a leaky toilet flange on our first floor. The carpet surrounding this toilet felt damp to my feet, and when I went to the basement, it was flooding it. I had to put large buckets under it and keep emptying them. Vann arrived, and had to remove old black pipes and replace them with PVC pipes. I was happy to hear he was the one coming from Plumb Works, because on 9/4/13 he replaced a pipe leading to the bathtub beside this toile... read more
