Excellent Experience. Very professional staff, as always. Plumbworks has been our Plumbing Service Company for many years and will continue to be. My regular service tech, Jeff, was out sick, so they sent Vann, who is every bit as capable, friendly and thoughtful as Jeff.

On Sunday, January 8, the weekend of the ice storm, we had a frozen pipe burst and water was gushing out everywhere. Andrew was on call for Plumb Works. He could not get to us for about an hour, but he walked us through the process for turning off the water until he arrived. Andrew arrived much sooner than expected, and within an hour he had repaired our pipe and turned the water back on. He did all of this with a gracious spirit. Andrew, you were great and made a difficult situation bearable. Thank you so very much!!!

Everyone at this company was very professional. The after-hours answering service correctly relayed my information to the dispatcher, the dispatcher handled logistics perfectly, and the technicians completed the work quickly & correctly while navigating my building's crazy bureaucracy. They're probably not the cheapest shop in town, but the ease & quality of service appears to be superior.

I have been using Plumbworks for more than twenty years in three homes. Most recently, Daryl J did an outstanding job of diagnosing and fixing a vexing hot water delivery problem that has been affecting us since we bought our house 21/2 years ago. (A new house btw.)

We just had our annual inspection of our plumbing. The staff at Plumb Works has always been very professional. Katie ** is polite and helpful when scheduling the work. Vann conducted a very thorough inspection. He discovered a water heater that had corroded to the point that it was going to be a real issue and leaky pipe. He had to call in a team member, whose name I'm not sure of. They worked all day to get a new water heater installed and the pipe fixed. Plumb Works is a great company to do business with! My husband and I have been working with Plumb Works for the last six years or so, any time we've needed plumbing-related repairs or upgrades at our loft-condo. Their technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, well-trained, and TIDY - they never leave a mess!
