We recently returned from an extended trip out of town and immediately called Plumbworks to repair a broken toilet. The repairman, Darryl ******** came the next day. I noticed we didn't have any hot water and when h checked the hot water heater he discovered that the gas had been turned off. Someone smelled gas ,called the gas company [Sept. 22} and they turned off the gas. . Plumber came quickly, saw, and unclogged toilet. I've used Plumb Works for several years and have been satisfied with them. They're a bit on the pricey side but on the other hand you get what you pay for.

Eric ** was extremely professional and helpful in explaining what the cause of my issue was and the best way to fix it, as well as explaining to me what he was doing and why. He was in my home for about 5 hours and worked hard to resolve my problem. I would definitely recommend this business and Eric, and will call them again if I have a problem.

I've used Plumbworks several times and have been impressed by the professionalism of their employees. They perform their work, explaining what they do and why. Nate allowed me to observe the main sewer line as he fed the camera along the pipe to verify the condition of the pipe after he had completed his work.

Plumb Works is a very reputable company, which I have had a maintenance contract with for many years. Eric is very conscientious and knowledgeable. Pricing is also fair.

The technician, Jeff ******* called ahead of time to advise me of the time of his arrival. After reviewing my problems he explained how he would proceed to correct my leak and clogs. Mr. Norton was polite and efficient. Also, Erica was polite and cooperative in arranging for a time to schedule my appointment.

I have dealt with Plumbworks and Eric on multiple occasions. I always find them to be competent plumbers and like that they explain the work that needs to be done ahead of time. There are no surprises!
