Leslie D was very professional. She did a wonderful job of getting here when she said she would; she kept me very well informed as to what she was doing and what to expect. She cleaned up my yard after the work was finished; I have NO complaints. She worked hard and did a great job.

After a plumbing emergency at my home, I attempted to contact about 12 plumbers that advertise "24/7 Emergency Service" for a late night emergency, Plumb Works was the only one that could actually answer the call, and their Service Pro Andrew responded immediately and showed up as soon as he was able, even at 2 A.M. Do not use this company. I was required to do a lot of extra work that was unnecessary. A leak turned into almost $1000 total to be fixed with me purchasing the fixture, I replaced the studs, and added extra, and I initially cut out the drywall for them to work in the area of the leak! They just needed to replace a fixture! I asked the technician to give me a minute to process the cost. He followed me and kept talking about how it wasn't HIS PRICING! I was very satisfied with Darryl J******'s work with Plumb Works. He displayed a wealth of knowledge from years of experience, and gave many helpful suggestions in how to properly maintain a home plumbing system. Darryl explained up front what needed to be done and the cost involved, and demonstrated a genuine interest in satisfying the customer's needs.
