This company was wonderful from my first contact with them. I saw their representative this morning, and she inspected my water heater and walked me through all the steps to getting and financing a new one. I definitely would recommend Plumb Works to anyone. Stellar service! ***** **********

Prompt, great diagnostics, fair pricing, Kim, my plumber gave me the different. Solutions, and once I decided he was fast and efficient in getting it done. So glad to have found this company. Recommend this company highly.

My experience from the Erica in the office and Leslie my PLUMBER. They were professional, scheduled me promptly for my estimates. Leslie my Plumber was very professional, knowledgable, knew right off hand what needed to be done. I have had plumbing issues in the past but this is the first time I have had, a a through, good plumber, walk through togive a full inspection, gave me a proposal as to what she saw needed to done. Gave me my estimate and I will be calling the office to schedule my work. My thanks to Plumb WORKS

Andrew did a terrific job correctly troubleshooting faulty sump pump and replacing it with a new one. He also helped me with a couple of other plumbing questions I had at no charge. A great technician! Erica was also great coordinating the two service calls and keeping us informed each step of the way.

Jeff was excellent, he quickly solved my plumbing problem. A seal that had not been replaced since it was installed 40 years ago. He saved the fixture and ordered a part of Kohler to fix. The leak is gone. Hoorway.

Shontae lined up a house call (non-urgent) for the following day. Jeff N arrived with an advance phone call, to walk me through my options for replacing a very old kitchen sink spout and mix valve. He made it more affordable w practical advice. I accepted the project and he finished the work within about an hour. Looks very good (on day 1).

Plumb Works did a very professional job of replacing my kitchen sink water tap from the attentiveness to my first call, to a quick response, to professional work by Max. Plumber Max was very personable as well as professional. My only shock was how high the price was, but I haven't had plumbing done in a long time. So I guess that is the price of professional work.

Andrew Wexler with Plumb Works did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and professional. Completed the job with included adding a shutoff valve for a new gas stove install, a new water line valve for a new dishwasher install and repaired a toilet very quickly. I will recommend him and the company he works for to my neighbors. *** ******
