We have used Plumb Works for years to address our plumbing issues. Yesterday, Nate ****, of Plumb Works replaced our disposal after determining that plastic materials were stuck and couldn't be dislodged. Nate was very professional in describing issues presented and options to address and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Plumb Works and Nate ****.

Plumb Works has been my go-to plumber for 14 years. Their personnel always provide excellent, professional service. Andrew W. is pleasant, professional, efficient and a practical problem-solver. Erica is very pleasant to deal with scheduling appointments. My recent appointment had to be rescheduled and was no problem. Very nice.

This is the best company I've ever used. The guys that came out are efficient and they do not charge u for work that is unnecessary. I have tried several companies over the years and Atlantis plumbing is the best I've ever had. They also perform work very quickly and give u a call 15 min before arrival. Love love love them to death.

We've been using PlumbWorks for 30+ years and have never needed to call anyone else. They are prompt, efficient and hones. What more could you want from a service company? Their office staff is responsive and courteous and the service staff are all professional. They give up front quotes and never go over the quoted figure and often find ways to make it cheaper. High five to the guys and gals at Plumbworks.

Plumb Works is dependable and reliable, will keep them for sure as our regular plumbing resource. Enjoy working with Erica to set up or re-schedule appointments as needed and Nate is definitely our "go to" technician for courteous and knowledgeable in-home service. Would not even think of changing to another company.

Plumb Works was able to get Nate to our home on short notice in response to a water bill that pointed to a large leak. Nate outlined a methodical plan for a "leak search and explained each step. He then went through his checklist in a very professional manner and reported the results of each as it was completed. Nate's efforts confirmed that the leak is associated with our house plumbing but rather with our sprinkler system. In summary, Plumb Works provides excellent, professional service. Easy scheduling, clear communication and appropriate updates regarding technician arrival, and cost estimates prior to completing work. I worked with Shontae to schedule my appointment.
