Plean precast is my neighbour, there's lots going on for a while now, they are replacing some buildings and expanding, I'm used to the noise, I just wish they would point the lights in a different direction, they shine through the front of my house. It's a place of exceptional concrete products for major construction projects, they have made excellent use of concrete panels for their new office building. springkerse rd is a terrible place covered inside with silicone sand which is cancerogenic different wage structures for people doing the same job a factory manger that looks like he an Alcoholic and a mr D Stevenson is more interested in giving certain people privileges and bullying other people about there production even tho you are doing more than the chosen ones the discrimination is the worst I have ever seen in a work place and health and safety is a joke
Poor place to work quality is going down and staff treated poorly just for the profit of the company more leave than join place is in a very bad state due to new managers workers no longer care and quality 0
